Over 25 years in SAP and ERP delivery — across Accenture, Deloitte, BearingPoint, and leading delivery organizations — I've seen how operating models actually change. Most of what I see today is still Layer 1 AI. The more consequential shift is Layer 2 AI: redesigning the delivery substrate itself.
